About The Position

The Pediatric Occupational Therapist position is a full-time role requiring 30-40 hours per week, located at Harmony Kids in South Fort Collins. The salary range for this position is $68,000 to $80,000 based on experience, with a sign-on bonus of up to $5,000. Requirements

• Current Colorado license as an Occupational Therapist or ability to obtain license
• Pediatric experience required
• Recent graduates and experienced Occupational Therapists encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Reviewing patients medical history
• Provide excellent 1:1 care for 40 minutes to an hour
• Diagnosing patients by observing their movements and listening to their concerns
• Developing individualized treatment plans for patients with clear goals and expected outcomes
• Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to manage patients' pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury
• Recording patient progress and modifying the plan of care as needed
