About The Position

Arbor Therapy is a trusted provider of therapy services across the East and West Valley of Phoenix. We're growing and looking for an Occupational Therapist (OT) to support our Glendale clinic (59th Ave and Thunderbird) as a 1099 Independent Contractor. Requirements

  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Active Arizona OT license (or ability to obtain)
  • Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain)
  • Experience with pediatric populations (0–30 years preferred)
  • Experience or interest in feeding intervention
  • Experience or interest in sensory integration and developmental delays
  • Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with AAC devices is a plus!
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat clients in a clinic-based setting
  • Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
  • Address fine motor skills, sensory processing, activities of daily living, and functional independence
  • Adjust plans of care based on client progress and clinical judgment
  • Educate and collaborate with families and caregivers
  • Maintain clear, timely documentation
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support whole-person care
