MTS Kids is excited to announce the opening of our brand-new clinic in Spartanburg, SC! We are a passionate, multidisciplinary team providing Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and ABA Therapy to help children thrive in every area of their lives. We are currently seeking a full-time Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing team. Requirements

Licensed Occupational Therapist in South Carolina
Experience in pediatrics required
Passion for working with children and families in a collaborative care model
Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality occupational therapy evaluations and treatment plans for children with a variety of developmental needs
Collaborate with speech therapists, behavior analysts, and families to support each child’s individualized goals
Document progress and adjust interventions as needed to ensure optimal outcomes
Engage families in the therapeutic process and provide caregiver education
Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture
