About The Position

We are looking for passionate and dynamic Pediatric Occupational Therapists to join our team at Mighty Minds and Muscles Therapy & Coaching Services. Our team is growing, and we have flexible, part-time to full-time opportunities available for both school-based and clinic-based work. What makes This Role Special? For the school-based setting, we encourage and train our therapists to think "out of the box" - bringing the quality and creativity of private practice into the educational environment. You will work in schools but not be bound by the "school therapy" mindset. In the clinic-based setting, you will receive ongoing mentorship and support through both individual and group meetings. Requirements

Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
Active New York State OT License
Pediatric experience required (including sensory integration, handwriting, and self-regulation strategies)
Creative, motivated, disciplined, and confident working independently
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
