Role Overview: Evaluate and treat Arbor Therapy clients via Home-Health setting, managing the caseload's treatment plan and adjusting client Plan of Care, as needed Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans to address areas of need using evidenced-based approaches and individualized therapeutic strategies Closely monitor and document progress, adjusting intervention as necessary to support optimal outcomes Engage parents and caregivers in the therapeutic process, providing education and resources to support the client's progress and development Collaborate with a team of professionals, including speech-language and physical therapists, to ensure a comprehensive approach to care Complete succinct documentation of services in a timely manner Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs), providing appropriate indirect and direct supervision requirements

Requirements

  • Master's degree from an accredited occupational therapy program
  • Active occupational therapist license from the Arizona Board of Occupational Therapy
  • Valid Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (LVP) or the ability to obtain clearance card
  • At least 2 years of professional experience (Clinical experience with clients between the ages of 0 and 30 years is highly preferred.)
  • Ability to treat clients in the specified city/town/zip-codes listed

Nice To Haves

  • Experience or interest in feeding intervention is strongly preferred, but not required
  • Experience with AAC is a plus!
  • Bilingualism is a plus!

Responsibilities
