Arbor Therapy is a trusted provider of therapy services across the lifespan, delivering compassionate, evidence-based care throughout Arizona. As we continue to expand into the Yuma area, we're looking for an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our Home Health team as a 1099 Independent Contractor. What You'll Do: Provide evaluations and treatment in home and community-based settings throughout Yuma and surrounding areas Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Adjust plans of care based on progress and clinical judgment Educate and partner with families and caregivers Complete timely, concise documentation Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
Requirements
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Arizona OT license (or ability to obtain)
- Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel within Tucson and nearby communities
- Experience with pediatric populations (0–30 years preferred)
