Requirements

Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy (Required)
Current California OT License or Limited Permit (Required)
1–2 years of pediatric experience (Required)
1–2 years of feeding experience (Required)
Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team
Passion for helping children achieve developmental goals
Valid California driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and engage in active, play-based therapy
Successful completion of background check, TB test, drug screening, and employment eligibility verification
Willingness to participate in disaster preparedness drills and emergency procedures

Responsibilities

Foster a friendly, safe, and inclusive therapy environment
Communicate effectively with families, physicians, and team members
Provide individualized and group therapy sessions using child-centered approaches
Attend and contribute to IEP and IFSP meetings
Maintain timely and accurate documentation in systems such as Raintree , SEIS , or other funder-required platforms
Support clinical team members and promote best practices across disciplines
Track upcoming reports, evaluations, and required documentation based on funder timelines
Participate in in-service trainings and staff development initiatives
Follow all company policies and regulatory guidelines
