Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school with a degree in Occupational Therapy
  • License as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as an Occupational Therapist

Nice To Haves

  • Pediatric and/or school-based experience preferred
  • Comfort with teletherapy platforms and virtual service delivery
  • Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
  • A genuine passion for helping children succeed

Responsibilities

  • Conduct occupational therapy evaluations
  • Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
  • Deliver engaging, evidence-based virtual OT services
  • Address areas including fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-regulation, and functional participation
  • Collaborate with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary school teams
  • Participate in IEP meetings and team discussions
  • Complete documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Educate caregivers and staff on strategies to support carryover
