Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school with a degree in Occupational Therapy
- License as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as an Occupational Therapist
Nice To Haves
- Pediatric and/or school-based experience preferred
- Comfort with teletherapy platforms and virtual service delivery
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for helping children succeed
Responsibilities
- Conduct occupational therapy evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based virtual OT services
- Address areas including fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-regulation, and functional participation
- Collaborate with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary school teams
- Participate in IEP meetings and team discussions
- Complete documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Educate caregivers and staff on strategies to support carryover
