About The Position

Pediatric Partners, a part of the Sevita family, provides comprehensive in-home and clinic-based therapeutic services for children and young adults. Our teams of compassionate pediatric experts help children with medically complex, developmental, behavioral, educational, or other needs learn the skills they need to thrive. We offer physical, occupational, speech-language and feeding therapy, as well as augmentative and alternative communication. Occupational Therapist-Full-Time Pediatric Home Health Now Hiring in Irving: Full-Time Caseload with Sign-On Bonus! We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Pediatric Occupational Therapist to provide in-home therapy services. In this role, you will assess, plan, and implement therapeutic interventions to support children in achieving developmental milestones, improving daily living skills, and enhancing their overall quality of life.

Requirements

  • Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Active Occupational Therapy license ( OT/L) in Texas
  • One year experience in Allied Health Services preferred
  • Heavy work: Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to establish trust and rapport quickly
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality in everything you do

Nice To Haves

  • One year experience in Allied Health Services preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support each child's physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development.
  • Provide direct therapy services in both clinic and home settings , promoting skill carryover across environments.
  • Monitor progress and modify treatment plans to ensure children achieve meaningful outcomes.
  • Recommend adaptive equipment and train families on proper use and integration into daily routines.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed documentation, including evaluations, daily notes, and progress reports.
  • Collaborate closely with parents and caregivers to reinforce therapy goals and strategies at home.
  • Work as part of an interdisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, holistic care for every child.
