At Vanderbilt Health, Pediatric Occupational Therapists play a critical role in helping children build the skills they need to thrive—right where they learn and grow. This role is embedded in early learning and preschool environments, serving children from birth through kindergarten age in collaborative, supportive school-based settings. If you’re passionate about pediatric development and want autonomy, purpose, and meaningful impact, this is a unique opportunity to help build and grow an early learning OT program. The Pediatric Occupational Therapist – Early Learning Settings provides evaluation and treatment services for young children with developmental and functional needs. Care is delivered directly within early learning centers and preschool classrooms, allowing therapy to integrate naturally into a child’s daily routines. This role offers independence, flexibility, and collaboration with experienced pediatric professionals across OT, PT, Speech, and education teams.
