We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Occupational Therapist to join our Outpatient Pediatric therapy team. Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of Wisconsin in Occupational Therapy
NBCOT certification
Specific skills: knowledge and experience in infant/pediatrics

Responsibilities

Work within the context of patient-centered care in an outpatient pediatric clinic setting.
Provide evaluation and treatment services with concise and efficient documentation/billing in accordance with regulatory standards.
Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to create comprehensive evidence-based treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes.
Embrace lifelong learning: willingly receive feedback and learn from team members, seek continual learning opportunities to advance one's own practice, and share feedback to promote the growth of the team.
Engage in staff meetings, advanced practice teams, and shared governance to help drive best practice and clinical excellence.
Demonstrate a willingness to be flexible and to take on additional responsibilities to support the team and process improvement initiatives within the department.
Appropriately delegate tasks to support personnel.
