About The Position

We are searching for a dynamic Occupational Therapist to join our busy Pediatric Outpatient Therapy Clinic in Fishers, IN. This position offers:

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science or advanced degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current state license/certification
• Current registration with the American Occupational Therapy Certification Board
• Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills
• Competency in applying the principles, methods, materials and equipment used in Pediatric Occupational Therapy
• Knowledge of accreditation standards and compliance requirements

Nice To Haves

• Prefer minimum three to five (3-5) years experience in pediatric rehabilitation
• Experience with feeding and sensory integration therapies

Responsibilities

• Helping children gain independence
• Promote development of fine motor skills, sensory motor skills and visual motor skills needed to function at the highest possible level
• Work on developmental skills including feeding, handwriting, and object manipulation
• Coordinate and work on a multidiscipline team as well as with family members
