About The Position
Rehab Resources is excited to invite a PRN Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our growing outpatient pediatric clinic in Mequon, WI. This is a great opportunity for a pediatric OT seeking flexible, as-needed hours while making a meaningful impact in the lives of children. In this role, you’ll provide engaging, play-based occupational therapy to support children in achieving developmental, sensory, and functional milestones. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school with a master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- License as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as an Occupational Therapist
Responsibilities
- Complete initial and ongoing pediatric evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing sensory processing, fine motor skills, and self-care development
- Provide family education and home-program strategies to promote carryover
- Collaborate with caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary team members
- Recommend adaptive strategies or tools to enhance functional participation
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with pediatric therapy standards
- Participate in team communication and care coordination as needed
