We are a leading pediatric clinic and therapeutic private school dedicated to providing comprehensive care and education to children with neurodevelopmental challenges. Our integrated approach ensures that every child receives the support they need to thrive. As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist in our clinic, you will play a pivotal role in our multidisciplinary team, providing specialized therapy services to children aged infant -22. You will collaborate closely with educators, parents, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to each child's unique needs.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Current state licensure/certification as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in a clinic setting.
  • Strong understanding of sensory integration theory and therapeutic techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments to evaluate sensory processing, fine motor skills, and activities of daily living.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to enhance children's functional abilities.
  • Provide direct therapy services, including sensory integration therapy, handwriting support, and adaptive equipment recommendations.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary therapists, teachers, and parents to integrate therapy goals into educational and home environments.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and progress reports.
