Requirements

  • Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program (or expected graduation).
  • Oklahoma OT license (or eligibility to obtain, including upcoming board exam candidates).
  • Experience or interest in pediatrics – Passion for working with children and helping them thrive.
  • Strong work ethic, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset .

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to speak Spanish is a plus but NOT REQUIRED – We provide interpreter support!

Responsibilities

  • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients.
  • Implement and adjust therapy interventions to support fine motor skills, sensory processing, ADLs, and overall functional independence .
  • Document services with our easy-to-use EMR system to meet clinical standards and payer regulations.
  • Collaborate with SLPs, PTs, and other team members to ensure comprehensive patient care .
  • Provide guidance and supervision to Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and Occupational Therapy Students.
