About The Position

As an Early Intervention clinician, you will have the chance to work directly with children from birth to age three. Our teammates are dedicated to the treatment of our young patients, providing individualized one-to-one attention and customized plans of care to meet your child’s needs. Parents and caregivers are coached through plans of care based on daily routines. Services are provided in the child’s natural setting such as their home, daycare, or community setting. Teammates have unique opportunities to collaborate with other childcare professionals to carry over goals while following an individualized Family Service Plan. POSITION SUMMARY: As an Early Intervention evaluator, you can make a positive impact on children and families! Teammates work with the evaluation team to determine eligibility for early intervention services, completing standardized testing and developing an individualized family support plan. Evaluations are completed in the child's natural setting, such as their home or daycare.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
• Proof of current or pending state licensure as a Physical Therapist in PA
• All positions: Must have pediatric CPR and FA certification (includes infant/child CPR and in person skills testing)
• Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care

Responsibilities

• Work with the evaluation team to determine eligibility for early intervention services
• Completing standardized testing
• Developing an individualized family support plan
