Requirements

At least (2) years of pediatric experience preferred, but NOT required
Excellent Communication skills

Nice To Haves

Spanish fluency is a PLUS
Early Childhood Intervention experience is a PLUS

Responsibilities

Treat clients within a interdisciplinary clinical setting
Collaborate with OT, ST, PT, ABA, PYSCH, and parents/caregivers
Assess the client's needs and abilities on an ongoing basis
Implement effective treatment plans and revise plans accordingly and as needed
Provide therapeutic interventions to improve the patient's quality of life
Instruct clients and families in the use of adaptive equipment and techniques, as needed
Provide education to families and caregivers on how to support the patient's progress.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Be flexible and easily adapt to change
