About The Position

Outpatient Peds Clinic Laurinburg Clinic - FT COTA/ Occupational Therapy Assistant optional flexible schedule to work 4-day week with Fridays off $2,500 Sign on Bonus The Laurinburg clinic is located 30 minutes south of the Southern Pines area. The clinic consists of a tight-knit team of speech and occupational therapists that work together to treat a variety of diagnoses in clinic, daycares, and schools around the area. The Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant performs services planned, delegated and supervised by the Occupational Therapist. Participates in the rehabilitative plan of care designed by the Occupational Therapist and physician, and monitored and evaluated by the Occupational Therapist. Requirements

Graduate from an accredited Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants program with an Associate’s Degree approved by the American Occupational Therapy Association.
Licensed or certified by the state in which the Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant resides or practices according to state requirements, and has received certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy, Inc. (NBCOT).

Responsibilities

Performs services planned, delegated and supervised by the Occupational Therapist.
Participates in the rehabilitative plan of care designed by the Occupational Therapist and physician
Monitored and evaluated by the Occupational Therapist.
