We are looking for a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse interested in providing home care for pediatric clients. Our client is a 8 yo male with Dravet Syndrome and autism, loves bugs and roots. Available shifts are Friday 4:30pm - 10:30pm - Sunday 9am - Monday 9am We are looking for an RN or LPN who is interested in the following: Medication set up and oversight Max assist ambulation, client is very skinny General early childhood care, non-verbal, very aware and cognicant

Requirements

• Must have at least 1 year Pediatric experience
• Current unrestricted RN or LPN license in Utah
• Certified CPR and ACLS Certification
• Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
• Must be able to pass a drug test and a background check
• Licensed driver with valid automobile insurance
• Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Provide thoughtful care to clients based on personalized Plan of Care
• Provide in home assessments
• Monitor and track changes in the clients conditions and needs, and keeps the Director of Nursing and any other appropriate personnel informed
• Proactively updates client's family on plan of care, health changes, and concerns
