About The Position
Dependable Nurses, Inc. (DNI) is a trusted leader in pediatric home healthcare, proudly serving Arizona’s children and families with compassion and clinical excellence. We specialize in providing high-quality, one-on-one nursing care in the comfort of our patients’ homes. We have an emergent, immediate opening for a female LPN or RN to provide pediatric in-home care for a families on the westside. This is a time-sensitive placement and an excellent opportunity for a nurse seeking consistent overnight hours in a supportive home-care environment. No pediatric experience is required— we provide comprehensive paid training. New graduates are welcome.
Requirements
- Active Arizona LPN or RN license
- Female nurse required per family request
- Current CPR certification
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Compassionate, family-centered approach to care
Nice To Haves
- Pediatric experience preferred but not required
- Spanish Speaking Preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one nursing care to a pediatric patient in the home
- Follow individualized care plans in collaboration with the family and care team
- Administer medications and monitor patient condition
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Educate and support the family in daily care needs
- Adhere to Arizona state regulations and DNI clinical standards
