About The Position

The Iowa Primary Care Association is actively recruiting a full-time Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to provide care at a vibrant community health center (FQHC) in West Burlington, IA. This role offers work/life balance with a flexible and consistent schedule within clinic hours (M/T/W/Th: 7AM - 6 PM; Fri: 7am - 5 PM). It is a full-time role requiring 36 patient contact hours and 4 administrative hours per week, seeing on average 18-20 patients per day. The supportive provider team includes 2 family physicians, 1 pediatrician, and 3 advanced practice providers. The position offers financial support through student loan repayment programs, competitive salary, and incentives. The health center is an FQHC, the largest source of comprehensive primary care for underserved communities, providing integrated care including medical, dental, behavioral health, and pharmacy services.

Requirements

  • BLS certification
  • Mandatory Reporter for Child and Dependent Adult Abuse
  • Graduation from an accredited/approved NP program
  • Licensed by the Iowa Board of Nursing as a NP
