About The Position
We’re hiring a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join a busy private pediatric office in Newark, NJ. This full-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a close-knit clinical setting, providing reliable, high-quality care to children and their families.
Requirements
- Active New Jersey APRN License
- Board Certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP)
- MSN Nurse Practitioner Degree
- Previous pediatric experience preferred
Nice To Haves
- Spanish or Portuguese language skills are a plus
Responsibilities
- See 20–25 patients per day
- Perform physicals, developmental screenings, and immunizations
- Diagnose and manage common pediatric conditions
- Educate parents on preventive care and treatment plans
- Maintain clear and timely documentation in the EMR
- Collaborate with the pediatrician and nursing team to ensure smooth patient flow
