We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Pediatrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive medical care to children, focusing on preventive health, diagnosing and treating acute and chronic illnesses, and supporting the overall development of pediatric patients. Requirements

• Pediatric specialty certification and at least 3 years of experience.
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing (MSN/DNP).
• Current Virginia medical license, Pediatric Board Certification required.
• Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (CPNP) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with pediatric experience.
• Active state RN and APRN license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to evidence-based medicine and patient-centered care.
• Flexibility to work primarily at our Centreville and Greenbriar locations and occasionally in our Brambleton location.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine wellness exams, developmental screenings, and immunizations.
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of pediatric illnesses and conditions.
• Provide guidance and counseling to patients and their families on nutrition, growth, development, safety, and prevention.
• Educate and support parents and caregivers regarding their child’s health.
• Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare providers to streamline care delivery.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and community outreach programs.
