We’re seeking an experienced Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) or Physician Associate to join our thriving team in Bangor—where you’ll work at the center of a truly integrated care model supporting children and families across our region. This is more than a clinical role—it’s a chance to practice team-based, whole-person care while expanding access to vital services for your community. At PCHC, you won’t practice alone. You’ll be part of a robust, multidisciplinary team working together to support the full spectrum of patient needs, including: Primary Care Pharmacists supporting medication management and patient education Registered Nurses (RNs) providing care coordination and clinical support Behavioral Health Therapists embedded within the practice for real-time collaboration Pediatricians, Nurse Practitioners, and specialty providers aligned around shared care goals This integrated approach allows you to focus on what matters most—delivering high-quality care—while knowing your patients are supported from every angle. For more than 30 years, Penobscot Pediatrics has been a trusted leader in pediatric care and is now the largest and most comprehensive practice in Maine. Our team provides a full range of services, including: Preventive and routine pediatric care Developmental screenings and well-child visits Immunizations and physicals Integrated behavioral health and family services Access to speech and audiology services We are proud to hold the highest level of Patient-Centered Medical Home Certification, reflecting our commitment to coordinated, high-quality care.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of clinical experience
