About The Position

This opportunity is for a 4-day outpatient primary care position at Providence Community Health Center's CENTRAL HEALTH CENTER in Providence, Rhode Island. The center has recently been expanded and renovated, providing a modern environment for delivering quality care to an underserved population. As a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, you will collaborate with a terrific team of clinicians from various specialties, including an integrated behavioral health counselor, dentists, optometrists, and an asthma-allergy specialist. Your team will also include a dedicated Medical Assistant and a shared RN, and you will be using the Epic EMR system.

Requirements

• Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner
• Interest in community health and patient-centered care
• Licensed/eligible in Rhode Island
