About The Position

Natural Kid Doc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Pediatric Provider to join our team in Scottsdale, AZ. This role focuses on providing holistic and integrative care for children, combining evidence-based medicine with a supportive approach to enhance the well-being of pediatric patients and their families.

Requirements

• Licensed Naturopathic Doctor, Physician Assistant, or Nurse Practitioner in the state of Arizona (or ability to obtain licensure prior to start date).
• Experience in pediatrics or a strong passion for working with children and their families.
• Training or experience in integrative medicine or a holistic healthcare approach is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to pediatric patients, including well-child visits, sick visits, and management of chronic conditions.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using a holistic approach.
• Educate families about preventative care and lifestyle practices that promote health and wellness.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, integrative care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in our electronic medical record (EMR) system.
• Participate in community outreach and educational events, as needed.
