About The Position
Ivy Pediatrics, PA is seeking a motivated and energetic Pediatric Medical Assistant to join our team in Holmdel, NJ. This position can be either full-time or part-time, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about pediatric healthcare and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will treat our patients as if they are family, ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment for both children and their parents. As a Pediatric Medical Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with various clinical tasks in a fast-paced pediatric office. This includes preparing patients for examinations, taking vital signs, and assisting the physician during procedures. You will also be responsible for maintaining patient records, scheduling appointments, and ensuring that the office runs smoothly. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be interacting with patients and their families on a daily basis. We value a friendly and professional demeanor, and we expect our employees to be team players who can multi-task effectively. The position requires availability to work Monday through Friday from 10 am to 6 pm, with the expectation of working 1-2 weekend days per month. Candidates with prior experience as a Medical Assistant or those who have EMT experience or are currently in nursing school will be considered favorably.
