Requirements
- Current LVN license in the state of Texas
- Active BLS/CPR certification
- Experience with trach and ventilator care (required)
- Familiarity with G-tube or GJ-tube feedings
- Reliable, calm, and confident working independently
Nice To Haves
- Pediatric home health experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Deliver overnight skilled nursing care in a pediatric home setting
- Monitor and manage a ventilator-dependent trach (including suctioning and trach care)
- Administer feedings through a GJ Mickey button
- Track and document vital signs and patient observations throughout the shift
- Maintain a safe, comfortable environment for the patient overnight
