Requirements

• Current LVN license in the state of Texas
• Active BLS/CPR certification
• Experience with trach and ventilator care (required)
• Familiarity with G-tube or GJ-tube feedings
• Reliable, calm, and confident working independently

Nice To Haves

• Pediatric home health experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver overnight skilled nursing care in a pediatric home setting
• Monitor and manage a ventilator-dependent trach (including suctioning and trach care)
• Administer feedings through a GJ Mickey button
• Track and document vital signs and patient observations throughout the shift
• Maintain a safe, comfortable environment for the patient overnight
