About The Position

This position is accountable for providing proficient direct and indirect nursing care of patients/families assigned under the direction and supervision of a physician and/or Registered Nurse. LVN practice is performed within the scope of LVN licensure and in accordance with Valley Children's policies.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year related experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Graduate from an accredited LVN program required.
• Active California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license.
• HeartCode Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire or transfer into position.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in pediatrics and/or other clinic setting a plus.
• Bilingual skills desirable.
• California IV Certification preferred.

Responsibilities
