Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of recent LPN experience (Pediatric Home Health Experience Highly Preferred)
- Active CT LPN license
- Current BLS certification (Peds BLS Certification Preferred)
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Valid Driver’s license and Reliable Transportation
- Recent physical exam (within 1 year)
- PPD/QuantiFERON (within 1 year) or chest X-ray (within 5 years)
Nice To Haves
- Experience with trach/vents
- Peds BLS Certification Preferred
- Pediatric Home Health Experience Highly Preferred
