About The Position

Dayton Children's Hospital is actively recruiting for a third full-time Pediatric Infectious Disease physician at the level of Assistant/Associate Professor to join our team. Clinical responsibilities will include consultation on the inpatient service and in the Infectious Disease Clinic. Leadership opportunities within the hospital's infection prevention and antimicrobial stewardship programs are available for qualified candidates with an interest in these fields. Active engagement in education of medical students and resident physicians is expected.

Requirements

• Completed a Pediatric Infectious Disease fellowship
• Board certified/board eligible in Pediatrics and Pediatric Infectious Disease
• Licensed/licensable in Ohio
• Evidence of successful development and implementation of multidisciplinary quality improvement initiatives

Responsibilities

• Consultation on the inpatient service
• Consultation in the Infectious Disease Clinic
