Seattle Children’s Cancer and Blood Disorders Center (CBDC) is seeking a dedicated Pediatric Hospitalist to join our team of world-class experts. In this role, you will provide high-acuity, patient-centered care within a nationally recognized program at the forefront of pediatric oncology and hematology. You will serve as a vital clinical partner, ensuring that our rigorous standards for safety and quality are integrated into every aspect of the patient journey. Your Role at Seattle Children’s As a Pediatric Hospitalist in the CBDC, you will be instrumental in bridging clinical management with a multidisciplinary care team, all while upholding the hospital's vision and philosophy. Multidisciplinary Coordination: Act as a central link between patients, attending physicians, nursing staff, surgical and medical subspecialists, and community providers to ensure seamless, integrated care. High-Acuity Clinical Management: Provide direct medical care for complex patients, ensuring that treatment plans are comprehensive, evidence-based, and aligned with the latest clinical research. Patient-Centered Excellence: Advocate for the patient and family experience, ensuring that quality standards are met from diagnosis through treatment and survivor care.
