This role provides comprehensive care across two locations, offering a balanced mix of newborn services, pediatric support, and clinical collaboration. Requirements

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
  • Completion of an accredited Pediatric Residency Program
  • Eligible for Michigan medical licensure

Responsibilities

  • Rotation across two locations, providing coverage in both settings.
  • Location 1: Morning newborn rounding only
  • No out-of-house call
  • Location 2: 24-hour in-house shifts
  • Coverage includes newborn care, Level II Special Care Nursery (SCN), and pediatric ER consultations as needed
