About The Position

A private group in Idaho Falls, Idaho is searching for a BE/BC Pediatrician to join their growing practice in a Hospitalist capacity. Qualified Candidates: - BE/BC Pediatrics - Ability to obtain an Idaho license - Accepting 2026 & 2027 Fellows - 12, 24-hour shifts per month - Onsite rounding, with call taken from home - Closed-unit model with dedicated nursing staff and fully complemented ancillary team including child life specialist, pediatric nutritionist, pediatric-oriented pharmacists, and pediatric physical therapists who participate in daily multidisciplinary rounds - Responsibilities include admissions and patient management, consultation with families and referring physicians - Sub-specialty support includes pediatric neurology, pediatric cardiology, pediatric endocrinology, pediatric hematology/oncology, pediatric surgery, pediatric anesthesia, and pediatric ENT - Good work/life balance with an emphasis on team building while providing state-of-the-art care - Strong, supportive general pediatric and family medicine community Incentives: - Medical, Prescription, Dental, Vision Insurance - Full benefits including retirement Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, how many years of experience you have and comparison to other employees already in this role, as well as qualifications such as education, training, specialty, and/or experience, along with the geographic location where the work will be performed. For providers only, in no case shall compensation exceed fair market value. The typical candidate is hired below midpoint of the range.
