About The Position

AdventHealth for Children and AdventHealth Medical Group are looking for a dynamic and energetic Pediatric Hospitalists to join our team at AdventHealth Tampa in association with AdventHealth for Children/Walt Disney Pavilion in Orlando. Expectations to perform pediatric admissions in our 15 bed, Pediatric Medical Surgical Unit, supporting ED pediatric consults, and participate in daily family centered rounding. Coverage in the Level 1 Newborn Nursery with the support of an Advanced Practice Provider is also included. The position offers a flexible schedule, approximately 14, 12hr shifts per month for a full-time pediatric hospitalist, which will include days, nights, and weekends. The facility features a 28 bed, Level 3 NICU on site with 24/7 Neonatologist coverage, a 5 bed, Pediatric Intensive Care Unit on site with intensivist coverage, and Pediatric Surgery and Pediatric Medical Specialty support on site.
