At LVH Hazleton, we're looking for an advanced practitioner to provide in-house coverage to the newborn nursery, the pediatric unit and for high-risk newborn deliveries. Position/Practice info: Newborn care and resuscitation experience required Combination of 24-hour in-house shifts and 24- hour shifts as supervising physician (not in house) Supervisory Physician will need to respond to calls from advanced practitioner In a pediatrics career with LVHN, you ll experience: The region s most pediatric specialties 50-bed pediatric inpatient unit 36-bed Level IV NICU at LVH Cedar Crest 12-bed Level II PICU 13-bed adolescent psychiatric unit Children s Cancer and Multipurpose Infusion Center 2 Children s ExpressCARE locations The region s only 24/7 children s ER Children s ambulatory surgery center
Requirements
- Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Ability to obtain a Pennsylvania Medical License
- Newborn care and resuscitation experience required
