As a Pediatric Home Care Nurse, you will provide personalized, one-on-one care to children and young adults with specialized needs. You will work closely with families to ensure the best possible outcomes and improve the quality of life for your patients. Requirements
- Current RN or LPN license in Florida
- Experience in pediatric nursing, specifically with G-TUBE, TRACH, and VENT care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach
- Trach, Vent experience required
- Minimum 1 Year of High Acuity Experience Required for All Current Cases
- Licensed as a LPN or RN
- CPR required
- Clear background screening
- Ability to read and communicate in English
