We are currently seeking empathetic Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) and Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team. This role involves providing meaningful one-on-one in-home care to our patients, ensuring that they receive personalized attention and support. As a Pediatric Home Health Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering specialized care, following physician orders, and communicating effectively with the interdisciplinary team to monitor and respond to the needs of each patient. In this position, you will be responsible for various tasks, including G-tube feeding, tracheostomy and ventilation care, and maintaining appropriate preventative practices. You will also prepare clinical and progress notes that document the physical and mental conditions of your patients, ensuring that any changes in their condition are promptly communicated to the physician.
