About the Role: We are seeking a Physical Therapist to provide individualized, in-home therapy for pediatric patients throughout San Antonio . You’ll assess, plan, and implement personalized treatment strategies that help children meet mobility and developmental goals in a home health setting. Whether you're looking for part-time or full-time, we offer a flexible schedule tailored to your availability and lifestyle. Scheduling Options Full-Time: 25+ visits per week Must be available for daytime and after-school visits Sign-On Bonus Sign-on Bonus for full-time roles (paid after 180 days of employment): $3,000 Earn a sign-on bonus based on your qualifications: Full-Time PT Bilingual (English/Spanish) Willing to Supervise PTAs

Requirements

  • Licensed Physical Therapist in Texas.
  • Experience in pediatric home health or related field preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and families.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) documentation.
  • Ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for diverse patient needs.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work with children who have varying diagnoses and challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on pediatric assessments.
  • Conduct standardized and non-standardized tests to evaluate physical function.
  • Educate families on mobility programs, exercises, and safe home modifications.
  • Track and document patient progress with accuracy and compliance.
  • Participate in evaluations, care planning, and discharge processes.
  • Maintain current knowledge of pediatric PT practices and healthcare regulations.
