About The Position

NurseCore is seeking skilled Pediatric Nurses. Candidates should have experience with pediatric patients and G-tubes, be available for at least two 8–12 hour shifts per week, and have at least 1-year of post-grad experience. What you’ll do: Provide G-tube feedings and care for a pediatric patient at home Monitor health and overall well-being Administer medications as directed Document care and note any changes in condition Support and guide family members Perform other nursing duties as needed based on the patient’s condition

Requirements

• Active RN or LPN nursing license in Nevada
• 1+ year of post-graduate work experience
• Experience with ped patients and Gtubes
• Current hands-on CPR certification
• Negative TB results within the last 12 months
• Successful completion of a background check

Responsibilities

• Provide G-tube feedings and care for a pediatric patient at home
• Monitor health and overall well-being
• Administer medications as directed
• Document care and note any changes in condition
• Support and guide family members
• Perform other nursing duties as needed based on the patient’s condition
