Requirements

  • MD/DO Degree (or foreign equivalent)
  • Board Certified in Pediatrics
  • Board Certified/Board Eligible in Pediatric Gastroenterology
  • Eligible for Medical Licensure in New York State
  • Outstanding procedural skills and clinical abilities
  • Strong teaching skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical care in pediatric gastroenterology and nutrition.
  • Engage in teaching and mentoring of medical students and residents.
  • Conduct research in pediatric gastroenterology, particularly in inflammatory bowel disease and celiac disease.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care for pediatric patients.
  • Participate in the fellowship program and contribute to the training of fellows.
