Why This Role Is Special Make a direct impact by providing convenient, same-day care for pediatric patients in our Express Care clinic Work in a collaborative, supportive environment where your clinical judgment and voice are valued Enjoy professional growth opportunities while contributing to a greater purpose Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) as a non-profit employee What You'll Do Provide high-quality, compassionate care for children with non-emergency illnesses and minor injuries Perform timely evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment plans in a pediatric-focused Express Care setting Educate parents and caregivers on treatment plans, preventive care, and follow-up needs Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and care teams to ensure seamless patient experiences Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards What You'll Bring Current Washington State license as an ARNP, MD, or DO (or ability to obtain prior to start date) Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience required; pediatric, urgent care, or family medicine experience strongly preferred Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and comfort working independently Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment Experience with EHR systems; Epic experience is a plus Why Ocean Beach Health? Requirements

  • Current Washington State license as an ARNP, MD, or DO (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
  • Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience required; pediatric, urgent care, or family medicine experience strongly preferred
