Pediatric Emergency Medicine Advanced Practice Providers (NP/PA) Pediatric Emergency Medicine The Children’s Hospital at Saint Peter’s University Hospital is seeking Pediatric Emergency Medicine Advanced Practice Providers (NP/PA) to join its Pediatric Emergency Department. Saint Peter’s is bringing the Pediatric Emergency Medicine service line fully in-house and actively expanding the department. We are recruiting multiple providers to build a larger, high-quality, hospital-employed Pediatric Emergency Medicine group. About Saint Peter’s Children’s Hospital State-designated acute care children’s hospital offering comprehensive pediatric specialty services for patients from birth through age 18. Centrally located with easy access to New York City and Philadelphia. Requirements

  • Nurse Practitioners National board certification as Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP-AC or PNP-PC) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) through ANCC or AANP required.
  • Current Advance Practice Nursing licensure in the State of New Jersey.
  • Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of New Jersey.
  • Master's degree in nursing required.
  • Current CDS and DEA required.
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS certification required (American Heart Association).
  • Must qualify for Saint Peter's University Hospital Liability insurance.
  • Previous pediatric or pediatric emergency medicine experience (2+ years preferred).
  • Physician Assistants: National board certification by NCCPA required.
  • Current PA license in New Jersey.
  • Current CDS and DEA required.
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS certification required (American Heart Association).
  • Must qualify for Saint Peter's University Hospital Liability insurance.
  • Two (2) years of pediatric or pediatric emergency medicine experience strongly preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous pediatric or pediatric emergency medicine experience (2+ years preferred).
  • Two (2) years of pediatric or pediatric emergency medicine experience strongly preferred.
