About The Position

Now Hiring: Caregiver in Odessa, MO Tuesday through Friday, 12 pm to 4 pm This is a fulfilling role supporting a young adult who benefits from skilled, compassionate assistance throughout the day. We are looking for someone who is patient, dependable, with direct support experience who is confident working with clients who may display behaviors. Prior experience supporting individuals on the autism spectrum is helpful. This client thrives with a caregiver who provides structure, encouragement, and a calm presence. Your support will help make daily living more comfortable and meaningful. Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Able to pass background check and drug screening
• minimum 1 year of direct support/ behavioral health experience
