Requirements
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry (AAPD-accredited residency)
- Texas dental license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Board certified or board eligible (ABPD)
- A genuine love for working with children and families
- Strong communication skills — with kids, parents, and teammates alike

- Experience with behavior management, sedation, and special needs patients a plus
