We’re seeking a seasoned Pediatric Dentist who is ready for a meaningful next chapter—one that blends high-level clinical care, team leadership, and a clear path to partnership.

Requirements

• A clinically excellent pediatric dentist with 5+ years of experience—ideally with previous ownership or leadership background
• Someone who thrives on developing and empowering teams, not just doing dentistry
• Passionate about team culture, marketing, growth strategy, and long-term impact
• Committed to community engagement, collaborative care, and delivering an exceptional patient experience
• Ready to lead, mentor, and help shape the future of a practice—not just participate in it

• Provide outstanding pediatric dental care to a loyal and growing patient base
• Lead and mentor your team to perform at their highest potential
• Collaborate with our in-house orthodontists to deliver comprehensive care
• Engage in strategic planning, marketing, and culture-building
• Represent NOVA PDO with heart—in the practice and the community
