Requirements

A naturally friendly, outgoing personality who genuinely enjoys working with children
Strong communication and customer service skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking in a busy practice

Nice To Haves

Dental or medical front desk experience is a plus, but a great attitude and strong people skills matter most

Responsibilities

Greet patients and parents with a warm, upbeat presence that makes children feel comfortable and excited to visit
Coordinate appointments and manage the daily schedule to ensure a smooth flow of the office
Answer phones and assist families with scheduling and general questions
Manage patient check-in and check-out with professionalism and efficiency
Assist with insurance verification and front office administrative tasks
Help maintain a welcoming, organized front office environment that reflects the quality of our practice
