About The Position
The Smile Lodge Pediatric Dentistry is a fun, fast-paced, and team-oriented dental practice dedicated to providing exceptional care for children in a positive and supportive environment. We’re looking for reliable, hard-working, and motivated individuals to join our amazing Dental Assisting team at our Clifton Park location! No dental experience? No problem! We offer on-the-job training so you can learn everything you need to succeed. Schedule: Full-Time, 4 x 10-hour shifts Office Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM Starting Pay: $20.00 per hour What We Offer A 4-day work week Paid Time Off Health and Dental Insurance are available after only 3 months of employment 401(k) options Consistent schedule with a four-day work week (no weekends!) Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Reliable, professional, and eager to learn
- Comfort working with children
- Must be available for a full-time, four-day work week
Responsibilities
- Assist pediatric dentists during patient procedures
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and child-friendly environment
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment areas
- Support patients and families with a warm, friendly attitude
- Ensure smooth daily operations and provide excellent patient care
