Chamberlain College of Nursing has immediate need for qualified Pediatric Clinical Faculty (part-time) in our Bachelors of Science in Nursing program. Teaching is onsite (in clinical setting) with one of our clinical partners. Schedule: most commonly 12-hour rotations (7a-7p) for three to four consecutive days. Pediatric Nursing course overview: Family-Centered care of children is the focus of this course, exploring issues of normal childcare as well as health alterations of children from infancy through adolescence. Students participate as members of the multidisciplinary health team to provide health promotion, illness prevention, health restoration and maintenance and rehabilitative care to children and families.
